“RESOLVED to: 1) note the latest monitoring position for the Council; and 2) approve proposed amendments to performance measures set out in paragraphs 3.1 and 3.2 of the report. Reason 20.3 The report sets out the Council’s position at the end of Quarter 1 2026/27 against the plans agreed for 2026/27. It includes delivery of Council Plan targets, Revenue Budget, Capital Programme, and Savings Plan, together with Risks at the end of June 2026.” - 21. Reconciling Policy, Performance and Resources (RPPR): Update on planning for 2027/28
“RESOLVED to: 1) agree the revised priority and delivery outcomes to form the basis of business planning for 2027/28; 2) note the updated planning position and the actions being taken to support the Council’s financial position as set out in the report; 3) agree that Chief Officers are to identify savings in the areas set out in section 5 of the report; and 4) agree to continue lobbying for sustainable funding to meet the needs of the residents of East Sussex.” - 22. “RESOLVED to note the Ashdown Forest Trust Income and Expenditure Account for 2025/26 and Balance Sheet as at 31 March 2026. Reason 25.3 The Trust made an operating deficit of £91,534 during 2025/26. The General Reserve as of 31 March 2026 amounts to £96,782. This fund is available to finance expenditure which meets the Trust’s objectives.” - 26.
