Alexandra Park Greenhouse Group
What it does
To promote and practice horticultural activities at a greenhouse in Alexandra Park (Hastings) and further restore the structure to bring it back to full use for the benefit of the community. The greenhouse is available to the community, to use the practice of horticulture as a route to mental and physical well-being, through a combination of hands on experience, education and social exchange.

£20k from The National Lottery Community Fund
£10k from The National Lottery Community Fund: Growing Together
The funding will be used to replace the floor of this a greenhouse which is used as a horticultural hub for residents of Hastings. The project aims to make the greenhouse safe and accessible for all users and thereby continue to provide access to the therapeutic benefits of gardening.
