Appendix 3 - Fees and Charges 2026-27 - Combined Narrative

For the summer months (April to October) the car park fees increased by 15% for the winter months (November to March) the car park fees increased by 10% compared to the 2022 to 2023 prices. Season ticket prices increased by 10%. 1.5 Also in 2023 the £1 all day parking in Priory Street Multi Storey was replaced with the regular hourly tariff. 1.6 In 2024 there was a 10% increase across all charges for car park tariffs and season tickets except for Pelham and Rock a Nore which had a 20% increase for the summer tariffs (and a 10% increase for the winter tariffs).
