Appendix 3 - Fees and Charges 2026-27 - Combined Narrative

It is impossible to predict for instance the effect of lowering the prices to attract more custom and perhaps more income. There is a decline in High Street Retail and many people still work at home which could be reasons for the decreases. There are plans to regenerate the town centre which should mean attracting more people to these areas.
