PUBLIC QUESTION TIME (30 MINUTES) A member of the public raised a question regarding Hastings Borough Council’s lease of a property in Castleham Road to General Dynamics. The questioner asked whether the Council recognises that complicity in genocide is a criminal offence under UK law, and whether, if General Dynamics is supplying components used in the war in Gaza, this would constitute a breach of its lease agreement with the Council.
