• “For Full Council to decide whether to approve that a Community Governance Review be conducted, in accordance with the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 or not approve that a Community Governance Review be conducted at this time.”
• “If Full Council approve a review to be conducted, that the Head of Community & Regulatory Services be authorised to take all the necessary steps to undertake the review and delegated authority to agree the timetable, terms of reference and recommendations with the LGR councillor working group. Or.”
• “If Full Council do not approve proceeding with a community governance review at this time, that the council will pursue the adoption of Charter Trustees to preserve the historical continuity and traditions of a Hastings during local government reorganisation and that the Head of Community & Regulatory Services have delegated authority to agree with the LGR councillor working group.”
