What it does
Support to children, young people and families in order to improve life chances; delivery of courses to children young people and vulnerable adults; expertise in outdoor learning; therapeutic work; development and delivery of innovative practice in education; sharing and promoting best practice in education and training. The Education Futures Trust works in Hastings, Rye and the surrounding area.

Funding was provided towards their Early Years Family Support programme.
£10k from Sussex Community Foundation
Funding was provided to provide a warm space for the local community over the winter period.

Funding was provided towards a series of courses aimed at vulnerable adults.
£5k from Sussex Community Foundation
Education Futures Trust support vulnerable Hastings' families who are struggling with food poverty. Funding was provided for food vouchers to enable families taking part in their nutrition course to purchase ingredients for the recipes taught by their intuitionalist.
£10k from The National Lottery Community Fund: Go Wild
The funding will be used to deliver after school and holiday activities to children. The project aims to help young people to build their confidence, self-esteem and increase resilience though outdoor activities.
