Has there been a costs benefits analysis, and an environmental impact report completed in relation to HBC plans to build on The Holy Child Convent land, in consideration that the adjacent properties in Magdalen Road are designated a high flood risk area from surface water runoff. Should the works be approved will the Council provide details, prior to the building works, that the funding for the restoration of the Grade ll buildings is in place as these important details tend to be overlooked.
